The organizer of the ULCAMP-2018 International Conference on Informational Technologies (hereinafter referred to as ULCAMP-2018) is ANO "Ulyanovsky Sovet Kultivatsii Internet-Technology" (Ulyanovsk Council for Internet Technologies Cultivation). The participation in the Conference is regulated by the Public Offer Agreement.

The ULCAMP-2018 organizers are not responsible for the life and health of the participants of the event. The organizers reserve the right to require any participant to leave the event if he/she does not follow reasonable measures to preserve public order and public safety during ULCAMP-2018. The organizers are not responsible for the safety of the participants' property. All the participants shall take the responsibility for they own actions. In the case of property damage, the participants shall repay the cost of its repairs/replacement.
